February is a wonderful time of the year to try new and flavorful dishes not only for a special Valentines Dinner but also for a delicious family dinner on a cold winter evening. It is also the American Heart Association Healthy Heart Month. So, we are featuring several entrees that not only provide many of the Mediterranean heart healthy ingredients but also some fiber and seafood selections. Stuffed Red Peppers $15 $30
A Mediterranean stuffed pepper of feta, black olives,
red onion, garbanzo beans and Israeli couscous. (Vegetarian)
Fresh Clam Stew
A flavorful white stew of clams ,bacon, garlic, onion and $17 $35
leeks in a potato base.
Sirloin Tips
Marinated Sirloin tips in a red onion and $17 $35
red wine reduction.
Lemon Pistachio-crusted chicken
Marinated chicken breasts breaded with lemon zest, $17 $35
pistachio and parmesan.
Stuffed Shells Florentine
Three cheese-stuffed shells served with a fresh tomato basil $17 $35
and sweet sausage sauce. Ready to bake. (Meatless available)
Tilapia Provencal $17 $35
A delicate flavored white fish marinated in a Mediterranean blend
of capers, black olives, zucchini and roasted red peppers.
Serve any of the above entrees with the following starches; flavored couscous, whole grain rice, baked sweet or white potato. Serve any of the following vegetable choices with your entrees; roasted mixed root vegetables, green beans, steamed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, squash), or salads.
Please bring your own cooler and ice packs to transport meals home safely.
